Sage and flow

Located in Perth WA, Sage and Flow are here to bring positive vibrations through sound while you find your calm amongst the chaos of your busy life. We offer sound healing sessions for businesses, groups, couples and individuals. Sound Bath by Sage and Flow expertly engage your parasympathetic nervous system by guiding you into deep relaxation through breath work and meditation. A variety of instruments are used by Sage and Flow including crystal quartz singing bowls tuned to 432hz.

Sound healing supports mental, emotional and spiritual well-being and helps symptoms of anxiety and depression. There are also many physical benefits such as improved sleep quality, stress reduction, improved digestion.
